Content rules
What belongs on the Canvas.
These rules apply to Creatives, public names, listing text, categories, destinations and redirects for both personal and business use.
Your responsibility
You must hold the necessary rights and permissions, describe your destination accurately and choose a fitting category. Publication is not LatticeSpot endorsement. Category labels do not exempt content from these rules or determine its legal status.
Personal albums, memories, original artwork, hobbies, selfies, memes, pets and gaming may be eligible alongside businesses, portfolios, software, ecommerce and education. Obtain permission from people shown in photographs, especially children, and do not expose private album tokens or sensitive details.
Not permitted
- Illegal goods or services, infringement, piracy, impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's identity or work.
- Adult or sexual content; gambling; weapons; illegal drugs; tobacco or vape promotion.
- Hate, harassment, extremism, doxxing, threats or targeted abuse.
- Phishing, malware, fake login pages, deceptive redirects, cloaking, forced downloads or disruptive popups.
- Guaranteed-return, get-rich-quick or pyramid claims; token sales, unlicensed fundraising or high-risk financial promotion.
- False medical claims, prescription-product promotion or high-risk supplements.
- Political or issue advertising.
- Attempts to evade pricing, moderation, Refresh cooldowns or account restrictions.
Review and correction
Automated safety checks are not proof that content is true or safe. Human review may happen after publication. Risk signals trigger review rather than automatic guilt.
Ordinary non-compliance may be hidden while one Admin-assisted compliant Creative or destination correction is arranged. Severe abuse can be disabled without that opportunity. Moderation does not silently erase transaction or Placement history.
Reports and appeals
Use the Report link on a public Placement or email support@latticespot.com with the public URL and a concise explanation. If reporting infringement or impersonation, explain your connection to the rights involved without sending unnecessary personal data.
You may request review of a moderation decision and provide relevant evidence. A restored Placement is not public certification or verification of a person, business or claim.
