The rules of the Canvas.

These terms explain what you buy, how a Placement can change, and what both Members and LatticeSpot are responsible for.

The service

LatticeSpot provides paid image-and-link positions on a shared Pixel Canvas and public Placement records in Explore. Free Member Accounts may be used for personal expression or business promotion, subject to these terms and the Content Rules.

You must be able to enter this agreement and have permission to publish every name, image, link and other item you submit. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate another person or evade pricing, moderation or account restrictions.

Pixel Placements

Your purchase covers the payable pixels and coordinates shown in Final Review. Open pixels cost US$0.10 each; replacing current pixels costs US$0.15 each. The minimum order is US$1. Pixels you already hold are not charged or updated by the purchase.

Placements have no fixed display term. A later successful purchase or an Owner-approved Free Placement can replace some or all of your pixels, including shortly after publication. An Owner-approved Free Placement does not create an automatic refund or compensation. Open Checkout does not reserve pixels.

Your public Placement record remains available in Explore as factual history, subject to moderation, privacy, safety and legal requirements.

Payment and delivery

Payments use Stripe Checkout and are charged in USD. A Placement is delivered only after our server verifies payment and records fulfilment; returning from Checkout is not proof of delivery. If status is delayed, contact support before paying again.

By continuing to Checkout, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that your billing information is accurate. Stripe collects payment and billing details. LatticeSpot does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Explore and Paid Refresh

Main Explore and each Category show at most one current listing per Member. A newer eligible Placement from the same Member can replace that listing without deleting earlier Placement records.

An eligible purchase may move a listing under the current Feed rules. A standalone Paid Refresh changes eligible Explore ordering only; it does not buy pixels, protect a Placement, reserve a rank or guarantee how long a position lasts. No service promises impressions, clicks, traffic, leads, sales or search ranking.

Content and moderation

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights in your Creative, profile, listing and destination. Publication is not endorsement or verification. We may hide content, disable links or restrict an account to address safety, legal, payment or Content Rules concerns.

You retain your content rights and permit us to host, process, resize and display content as needed to operate the current Placement and its public factual record.

Records, closure and problems

Public records can include your Handle, Creative, destination, category, coordinates, dates and Placement history. Billing identity, payment-provider identifiers and private moderation evidence are not intended for public display.

Account closure is handled through support. Necessary transaction, security and non-identifying factual records may remain where required for operations, disputes or law. Closure does not itself issue a refund or restore a previous Placement.
